Regulations on checking into a hotel with pets
The hotel allows accommodation with cats and dogs of small breeds – up to 10 (Ten) kg, guide dogs (of any weight category), service dogs. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate guests with pets in case of non-compliance with the "Rules of accommodation for guests with pets", as well as in case of aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of a pet.
When checking into a hotel with pets, the guest must familiarize himself with the "Rules of accommodation for guests with pets" and sign an appropriate agreement.
Rules of accommodation for guests with pets at AMAKS Tsentralnaya
1. The cost of placing a pet in rooms of the categories "Hostel", "Standard (facilities on the floor)", "Economy", "Standard", "Business", "Superior" is 1000 rubles per day, in rooms of the categories "Suite" and "Apartments" pets are prohibited.
2. Accommodation with animals is allowed in the presence of an international veterinary passport (the form of the passport and the requirements for its registration are established by the Unified Veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) Requirements for goods subject to veterinary control (supervision), approved by the Decisions of the Customs Union Commission of June 18, 2010 No. 317, which contains information about the animal itself and its owner, as well as information about the necessary vaccinations and vaccinations, while the date of rabies vaccination is at least 30 days and no more than 12 months before arrival.
3. The guest must bring a special pet cage.
4. It is forbidden to leave pets unattended in the hotel room, the lobby of the building, on the territory of the hotel without a special cage.
5. The guest must bring a special tray for the cats' toilet.
6. It is prohibited to walk pets on the territory of the hotel and the surrounding area.
7. The guest must bring special dishes for feeding pets.
8. It is strictly forbidden to feed pets from dishes belonging to the hotel.
9. It is forbidden to take pets with you to the hotel's restaurant and entertainment complex and other public areas.
10. It is forbidden to wash pets in the shower cabins of the room, use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the hotel.
11. It is forbidden to comb pets in the room, halls and other common areas of the hotel.
12. The guest is obliged to provide access to the hotel staff in the room for cleaning or carrying out repairs.
13. In case of damage to the hotel property by pets, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage according to the property damage price list.
14. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the guest staying with a pet and demand to leave the hotel in case of violation of these rules, as well as in case of aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of the pet.
