Gunsmith's Day will be celebrated in Izhevsk with large-scale events from September 17 to 21. The celebrations will start on September 17th. The key event of the first three days will be The industrial forum, which will take place in the exhibition space near the Moy Port shopping center.
The forum will bring together an impressive delegation of 40 companies from different parts of Russia. Among the participants are representatives of the country's leading industrial centers: from Penza to Novosibirsk, including companies from Nizhny Novgorod, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kazan and Perm.
The event will become a platform for the exchange of experience and demonstration of achievements of the Russian engineering and defense industry.
The exhibition of military equipment will be held in the Central Square of the city.
Residents and visitors of the city will be able to see the latest developments of the leading Izhevsk enterprises. Among the participants of the exhibition are the industrial giant Kalashnikov Concern, the well—known manufacturer Axion-Holding, the defense brand Kupol, as well as representatives of the legendary Izhevsk Mechanical and Votkinsk plants.
The exhibition will showcase the latest achievements of Izhevsk designers in the field of modern weapons and military equipment.
The Gunsmith's Day celebration program will be complemented by several significant events.: a scientific conference with industry representatives, the final of the Udmurt Factory of production Processes Championship, a student quiz on lean manufacturing and the regional forum "Made in Udmurtia".
