On November 7 and 8, a two-day training for employees of the reception and sales departments was held at AMAKS Tsentralnaya. Our colleagues from Belgorod, Omsk, Tolyatti, Vladimir, Ufa, Yoshkar-Ola and Perm gathered in the capital of Udmurtia.
The first day was completely devoted to the "Atom". Andrey Sergeyevich Saikin and I discussed working with reports and other issues that often cause difficulties for colleagues, and Yulia Gizatova, Head of Marketing and Sales at AMAKS City Hotel Yoshkar-Ola, prepared a large block of training on the specifics of working at Atom with group applications and useful life hacks.
On the second day, Valeria, SMM auditor of the AMAKS Management Company, conducted a training on accompanying a guest in the sales funnel: verbal and nonverbal communication was analyzed, the needs of the guest were identified, the product presentation was made in the format "characteristics-advantages-benefits". They touched upon the issues of rational and emotional aspects in decision-making, the technique of "UTP: I have such a proposal for you" and work with objections. We also discussed the features of adaptive tourism and the ability of our colleagues to work with guests with special needs.
